On a peak on the crystalline Sardinian sea, on the south end, there is Faro Capo Spartivento. This is a military construction built on 1854 and transformed into a refined 5-star hotel thanks to a careful restoration: what a magical venue to celebrate an unforgettable destination wedding!

Capo Spartivento is an historic and exclusive place. Here you can enjoy the real Sardinia – far from the worldliness of Costa Smeralda – during your wedding – honeymoon. The estate offers 10 suites and is made of two buildings, a few steps from each other and both with panoramic swimming pools and gardens: the Lighthouse and Residenza Semaforisti.

The Lighthouse consists of a cellar, halls and rooms on the upper floor. The living rooms are furnished with white Louis XIV style couches, while the rooms are characterized by a modern and minimal style, enriched by design objects and suspended round beds. Residenza Semaforisti is the only Italian barracks transformed to be used for hospitality. The building has a characteristic U-shape, a large courtyard with a central fireplace and various lounge areas. The rooms are furnished with an elegant simplicity that combines vintage furniture with modern elements.

Reception at Faro Capo Spartivento

All the outdoor spaces of both facilities are available to be decor for the various wedding moments. Here, the symbolic or religious non-Catholic rite can be celebrated, while in the nearby Su Giudeu beach or in the town hall you can have a civil ceremony.

If the pool area is the favorite area for the aperitif, the 3000 m² garden – enriched by a huge old olive tree, a 12-meter chimney and a large lounge area – is the ideal area for the reception. In addition, the central raised area of the garden is equipped with 8 crystal gazebo, with panoramic view, that can accommodate up to 100 people, especially in the case of plan B. Finally, the party can take place in the outdoor areas of Residenza Semaforisti. Capo Spartivento is an oasis of privacy immersed in the Mediterranean Sardinian bush, just a few steps from the sea: your wedding could not be more charming!
