Kimberley & Hoang

Wedding in Florence

Kimberley and Hoang are an Asian couple based in Germany. Young and in love, they wanted a wedding in Florence, cared for in every detail, and able to surprise their many guests from different countries.

Wedding venues in Florence

When the couple called us for their wedding in Florence, the couple already had pretty clear ideas about the two venues to organize the welcome dinner, ceremony, and reception.

On the one hand, the Four Seasons Hotel in Borgo Pinti, as Kimberley loves the stunning garden. On the other, the elegant and exclusive Villa Cora, with breathtaking views of the historic center of Florence. A choice that filled us with joy because we know very well these two venues, where we have already organized several weddings.

The collaboration with the flower designer Vincenzo Dascanio

The future newlyweds wanted to give their 80 guests an immersive experience in the natural beauty of these two venues, without sacrificing a “wow effect” created through wedding settings. The flowers were absolute protagonists of Kimberley and Hoang’s wedding.

For the flower design and the setup, we worked side by side with Vincenzo Dascanio, who from the first meeting has been able to interpret the very delicate taste of Kimberley.

Welcome dinner at the Four Seasons Hotel in Florence

To cheer all the guest’s arrival, we have arranged a wonderful welcome dinner in the Four Seasons Florence Hotel’s garden. Kimberley and Hoang were beaming as they walked under a roof of romantic fairy lights.

Imperial tables and floral arrangements with roses and pastel-colored flowers have created a stunning atmosphere. On the ground, a meadow of beautiful white candles warmed the environment making the evening unforgettable. Michelin-star dinner prepared by the chef of Il Palagio restaurant, inside the hotel, was the perfect gift for a culinary experience.

Symbolic ceremony and reception at Villa Cora

On the second day, newlyweds and guests reached Villa Cora for the ceremony with a symbolic rite. The exchange of vows and rings was surrounded by a very suggestive and elegant flower arrangement in the garden.

The reception started in the so-called Sala degli Specchi (Hall of Mirrors) set up with two elegant imperial tables enriched by a total gold mise en place. The cut of the cake, in the garden, has amazed everyone thanks to a fireworks show. The party went on until late at night inside the Pacha, the exclusive place in Villa Cora.
