Dreaming Of Dolomites: discovering new destination wedding locations

The event was organized as a retreat by Italy Inspires – specialists in let international wedding professionals know the best of Italy – thanks also to the contribution of the many sponsors involved. Held from 14 to 16 December 2018, this think tank gave Costanza Giaconi and other wedding planners the opportunity to share their experiences, strengthen relationships and discover a place with a great potential for destination wedding industry.

The magical snowy venue chosen to host Dreaming of Dolomites was the elegant Cristallo Resort & Spa, sited in the popular winter town Cortina d’Ampezzo. In fact, the initiative aimed above all at letting the planners know the area of the Dolomites, promoting it as
destination for luxury weddings.

Professionals have come in contact with the territory thanks to various activities: visits to local companies, the butter making experience and the challenge of winter sports near Lake Misurina. The inevitable gala dinner – enriched by spectacular decors – has closed the event in the best way possible. Of course, each experience has been shared by the planners on their social network pages involving their communities and also showing to their followers the beauties of Dolomites.
