Dimora delle Balze is a place out of time – born from the renovation of an 19th-century estate – where you can perceive the Mediterranean atmosphere and tradition. A place so exclusive that it has been chosen by the influencer Chiara Ferragni and the rapper Fedez for their wedding.

Located a few kilometers from the Unesco world heritage towns Palazzolo Acreide and Noto, as well as immersed in the Syracusan countryside, this ancient venue offers both rooms and several areas for events. Areas for the reception

The 12 rooms are different from each other, designed and furnished to represent various concepts, but all related to Sicily. Each room has the name of a Sicilian artist or masterpiece, indeed. In addition to the design elements, the rooms are also characterized by the presence of original frescoes of Risorgimento period. Even the large interior spaces – the living rooms and the kitchen – follow the same concept and have been thought by designers. Around the estate, there are 27 hectares of cultivated land and ancient caves visible from the rooms windows.

The outdoor spaces consist of two courtyards, a manor garden enriched by pre-existing classical columns and terraces set up with armchairs and design objects, as well as the pool area and the Limonaia.

You can fully enjoy this magical place thanks to the 3-day exclusivity request for weddings. Every day can be used to organize a different event – welcome dinner, as well as pizza party or brunch – taking advantage of the various spaces offered by Dimora.

About the wedding, for example, the ceremony could be set in the garden, while the aperitif could be by the pool, the dinner in the main courtyard and the party in the Limonaia.
