Bea & Nick
Italian-American wedding at Villa Corsini
Beatrice and Nicholas desired a funny and informal wedding, combining Italian and American traditions. A young couple, she is a doctor from Bologna, he is American with Apulian origins and works as airplane pilot. They met during a vacation in Apulia and from that moment they never left each other. They live in Bologna and, both lovers of Tuscany, decided to get married here, and they had already chosen Villa Corsini as a location when they turned to us. So, Bianco Bouquet has taken care of everything else!
Welcome cocktail at sunset
The guests arrived from the United States and Bologna, and Beatrice and Nicholas, according to the American tradition, wanted to welcome them the day before the wedding, sharing with them a rehearsal dinner at Beroof, the Hotel Baglioni rooftop, complete with an aperitif with sunset view over Florence.
The place chosen for the religious ceremony was the suggestive Certosa di Firenze. Beatrice, in a beautiful simple dress with a long train, entered the church following her bridesmaids, each one accompanied by a groomsman of Nicholas. The bride and groom then arrived at Villa Corsini where the guests had settled in the Italian garden for the cocktail.
The atmosphere was cheerful and festive, while the clever shots by David Bastianoni were capturing our beautiful bride and groom. During dinner, served by Galateo, guests kept a cheerful atmosphere, alternating touching speeches with tales of amusing anecdotes regarding the couple.
In the internal court of the villa took place the show of the wedding cake prepared on sight, followed by the toast that started the party. It was very important for Beatrice and Nicholas to stay with their families and friends, and they wanted to share a real celebration with them. This is why the after-dinner party was for them the highlight of their most beautiful day. The DJ played dance music until 2.00 a.m., and spouses and guests all together danced all night long, having a great time.
