Adel & Wareef

A romantic wedding on the island of Capri

Adel and Wareef’s was a romantic, cheerful and colorful wedding, with the wonderful view of Capri as a backdrop. The lemons of the Amalfi Coast have been used as a common thread in the entire event, in floral arrangements and on the table.

Symbolic wedding in Capri

Adel and Wareef, a wonderful couple with Saudi origins, but now resident in Sweden and Denmark, has chosen Italy to crown their dream of love. After an official marriage in Saudi Arabia, they invited some friends and relatives to attend a very romantic symbolic ceremony on the island of Capri.

This particular destination has been chosen for its mild climate, which can also be appreciated in April, and for the fabulous atmosphere!

Wedding ceremony and reception at the Capri Palace Hotel

Both the ceremony and the reception were held at the Capri Palace, a splendid five-star hotel, a landmark on the island in terms of elegance, culinary excellence, and hospitality. We organized the ceremony on the terrace of the restaurant, overlooking the sea. Adel and Wareef exchanged promises under a beautiful floral arch decorated with flowers and lemons.

It was a small wedding, with only 60 guests, and really romantic. The couple in fact wanted to celebrate this moment privately only with their families and close friends.

Pool wedding party

For the reception the guests went to the pool. Here, in a cheerful and colorful atmosphere, there was a buffet of tastings of local products, mixed with Arab products brought by the couple, ice cream and live music. Obviously there also were a coffee bar and a buffet of Amalfi desserts.

Dinner was held inside the Capri Palace restaurant. We have curated a beautiful setting in collaboration with local floral designers, offering themed Sorrento placemats and lemons as a placeholder. The party then moved back into the pool, with a pizza buffet that continued until late at night.
