Destination wedding planners meet Florence at Tutto Sposi 2018

Traditional trade fairs are inevitable, since exchanging contacts is essential to the business growth. That’s why Italian Wedding Workshop – brand found by Bianco Bouquet and Getting Married in Italy – organized B2B meetings to put in touch local and international wedding companies. The project took place during Tutto Sposi Florence XXVI edition, fair located in Fortezza dal Basso, from October 31st to November 4th 2018.

15 wedding planners coming from different locations – from India, as well as Russia – and several Italian suppliers (flower designers, photographers, venue managers) had the opportunity to meet each other, showing their portfolio and talking about their own companies. The aim was to tighten useful relationships for future collaborations.

“We are very glad that our colleagues appreciated the value of this initiative, born from their need to meet trusted wedding professionals. In fact, they would like to be able to satisfy their client’s desidere of getting married in Tuscany. At the same time, the suppliers could get to know planners that they would hardly have met otherwise”.

Tutto Sposi was the perfect setting for the organization of this important project: do you know a better place than Florence to talk about destination wedding? In fact, according to the Florence Tourist Center Studies , not only foreign weddings are increasing in Italy, but Tuscany is the location preferred by future newlyweds of all the world who wish to combine wedding and honeymoon.

Where there are planners, there is always an event: in addition to the meetings in the dedicated fair lounge area, the wedding organizers and suppliers continued to talk during the informal aperitif held on the first evening at Palazzo San Niccolò (boutique hotel where many of them stayed) and greeted each other during the gala dinner at Palazzo Borghese.
